Set of three vintage tiled nested tables in teak wood by The Englender Furniture Group, a British furniture manufacturer based in South Normanton, Derbyshire.
Englender manufactured several variations of mid-century tiled top nests of tables during the late 1960s and 1970s. Heavily influenced by the popular Scandinavian and Danish Modern aesthetics of the era, these sets typically feature solid teak frames framing a durable, heat-resistant top inlaid with decorative ceramic tiles.

The tables feature a beautifully grained solid teak frame with an iconic "Autumn" geometric tile top inlay. The ceramic tiles showcase a vibrant, retro concentric square design in rich tones of rust, caramel, ochre, and deep brown. The durable, heat-resistant tiled tops make them as practical as they are visually striking—ideal for modern living rooms, coffee breaks, or side tables.
They feature classic Danish-influenced sled-style legs crafted from solid teak, allowing the two smaller tables to slide neatly underneath the large top table.
Condition Report:
Excellent vintage condition reflective of their age. The ceramic tiles are mostly intact (one has a had a slight knock - please see pictures) with deep, unfaded colours and original grouting. One area of the second nest shows signs of wear. The solid teak frames are structurally sound, sturdy, and show only minor signs of light wear consistent with age and gentle use.

All of our furniture is refurbished or original vintage. It can show some signs of its previous life ! Please take time to look at the pictures carefully. We feel they are a good representation of the tables.
We work very hard to ensure that my items are in the best condition possible. The item has been cleaned, oiled and waxed back to life - it will not be in factory new condition, which is reflective of its age, its in very good condition, with minor scratches on the top.

We wrap our items with recycled packaging, it might not look pretty but it certainly does the job of protecting the items.
